Merge functionality is not invoked from Launchpad (Contract Navigator Screen) (Doc ID 2710052.1)

Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Users cannot merge contract line from Launchpad screen.
When pressing "Merge" button, nothing happens.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When pressing "Merge" button from Launchpad screen, the merge operation should take place.



STEPS TO REPRODUCE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Responsibility: Service Contracts Manager

2) Navigation: Contract Administration> Launchpad

3) Select the subscription agreement which has "Entered status" and do right click to choose "Merge" action.

4) Nothing happens. NO java form or web page opens where we can do merge.
