Order Line DFF keeps popping up in Order Organizer Form when traveling from 'Line Information' to 'Advanced Tab' (Doc ID 2710145.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After upgrading from 11i to R12.2.9 'Additional Line Attribute Information' DFF keeps popping up on order organizer when navigation from Line Information to Advanced tab.

When navigating in the order organizer form line DFF keeps popping and restricts users to move to advanced tab.

After Clicking on cancel option on DFF form it takes user back on line information tab. Now if user clicks on 'Advanced tab' again it shows the same pop up again.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expected is that Additional Line Attribute Information DFF should not pop up unless invoked by the user.

Note: It works in 11i but has never worked in R12.2.9 after upgrade.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Navigation: Order management super user
Step1: Open Order organizer
Step2: Click on Line information tab
Step3: Click on Advanced tab.
Comment: As you see 'Additional Line Attribute Information' DFF pops up.
Step 4: Click cancel
Comment: Clicking on cancel will take you back on line information tab. Now if you click on Advanced tab it will show the same pop up again.
