Bell Icon Count Is Not Updating

Symptoms
Bell icon count is not updating. After user takes action on notification using worklist window it is showing the same count.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Login to EBS
2. Click on Worklist icon under Global Header
3. Click on any Notification link on Worklist Popup UI
4. Click on Action Button Approve/Reject/Ok button from Notification Details Page
5. Entire page is getting refreshed
6. Observed, Notification count is not getting reduced on clicking Action button on Notification Detail page. Count is only getting reduced on navigating to Home page.
