Symptoms

On : 12.2.6 version, Repair Order

When attempting to add a new Service Order under a Service Request ,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
You have Material Transaction_id(XXX) errored Prior to the Current Transaction. You need to process that first.

When running IBtxnerr diagnostics concurrent program, the output shows error:  CSI_API_INVALID_INST_STATUS: The Instance Status (XX) provided is invalid or not defined in the Installed Base Instance Statuses Setups. Please provide a valid Status

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Service Request
2. Create Service Order
3. Add a new Service Order
