Web ADI Budgets Generate with Months in the Incorrect Order (Doc ID 2710547.1)

Symptoms

When using the Edit in Excel option for a budget, the periods downloaded into the WebADI spreadsheet are in the incorrect order.  They appear as:

JAN-19, MAY-19, FEB-19, MAR-19, APR-19, SEP-19



The bne.log file shows:
