Symptoms

On : 12.2.6 version, Punchout to Supplier or hub

When attempting to bring the shopping cart back from the supplier site,
the following error occurs.

 You have encountered an unexpected error . Please contact your System Administrator for assistance.

java.lang.Exception: There is no current requisition. Checkout cannot proceed.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Execute the Punchout
2. Bring the cart to iprocurement

Note: Patches from <Note 2215581.1> - Shopping Cart Unexpected Error Returning From Punchout
          are already applied
