ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Users have noticed that there is a difference in behavior between the touchscreen UI and non-touchscreen UI when it comes to reverse dispensing.
Non-Touschcreen UI > It looks to see if an ingredient that is dispensed is consumed (i.e. dispensed and transacted) or not. If it is consumed, then the radio button for reverse dispensing is not available.
Touchscreen UI > It looks to see if an ingredient is dispensed or not however it does not check to see if the material has been transacted. It was allowing the reverse dispensing of transacted material.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Non-Touchscreen and Touchscreen UIs should function the same for reverse dispensing.
