MSCA Insepct by Po Number returns error: PO Receipt Is A Mandatory Element But A Null Value Was Supplied. (Doc ID 2711107.1)

Goal

In Oracle Mobile Supply Chain Application at the time of performing Inspection (in MSCA) using the PO as reference it throwing error:
PO Receipt: PO Receipt is a mandatory element but a null value was supplied.

Moreover the Receipt # filed is disabled. (read-only)

If users tries to do the inspection using Receipt No., the PO No. field is disabled and the system is not proceeding after line number.

However, the user is able to perform the normal receipt as well as deliver the items.
