Symptoms

Problem Statement:

Hrglobal fails loading element LDT files (e.g. peruseletypes.ldt, payuseletypes.ldt) with the following ORA-20001 error.

Sample error:

Uploading from the data file /XXX/per/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/loc_us/peruseletypes.ldt
Altering database NLS_LANGUAGE environment to AMERICAN
Dumping from LCT/LDT files (/XXX/pay/12.0.0/patch/115/import/pyseedele.lct(120.8.12020000.12), /XXX/per/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/loc_us/peruseletypes.ldt) to staging tables
Dumping LCT file /XXX/pay/12.0.0/patch/115/import/pyseedele.lct(120.8.12020000.12) into FND_SEED_STAGE_CONFIG
Dumping LDT file /XXX/per/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/loc_us/peruseletypes.ldt into FND_SEED_STAGE_ENTITY
Dumped the batch (PAY_ELEMENT_TYPES_F Regular Salary 0001/01/01 4712/12/31 US , PAY_INPUT_VALUES_F Tax Separately 0001/01/01 4712/12/31 US ) into FND_SEED_STAGE_ENTITY
Uploading from staging tables
Error loading seed data for PAY_INPUT_VALUES_F: ELEMENT_NAME = Regular Salary, EFFECTIVE_START_DATE = 0001/01/01, EFFECTIVE_END_DATE = 4712/12/31, BUSINESS_GROUP_NAME = , LEGISLATION_CODE = US, NAME = Jurisdiction, EFFECTIVE_START_DATE = 0001/01/01, EFFECTIVE_END_DATE = 4712/12/31, BUSINESS_GROUP_NAME = , LEGISLATION_CODE = US, ORA-20001: The mandatory argument object_version_number value cannot be null

 

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Apply hrlobal.drv
  2.  Worker job fails loading ldt file
