Symptoms
Problem Statement:
Hrglobal fails loading element LDT files (e.g. peruseletypes.ldt, payuseletypes.ldt) with the following ORA-20001 error.
Sample error:
Uploading from the data file /XXX/per/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/loc_us/peruseletypes.ldt
Altering database NLS_LANGUAGE environment to AMERICAN
Dumping from LCT/LDT files (/XXX/pay/12.0.0/patch/115/import/pyseedele.lct(120.8.12020000.12), /XXX/per/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/loc_us/peruseletypes.ldt) to staging tables
Dumping LCT file /XXX/pay/12.0.0/patch/115/import/pyseedele.lct(120.8.12020000.12) into FND_SEED_STAGE_CONFIG
Dumping LDT file /XXX/per/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/loc_us/peruseletypes.ldt into FND_SEED_STAGE_ENTITY
Dumped the batch (PAY_ELEMENT_TYPES_F Regular Salary 0001/01/01 4712/12/31 US , PAY_INPUT_VALUES_F Tax Separately 0001/01/01 4712/12/31 US ) into FND_SEED_STAGE_ENTITY
