Symptoms

Unable to Inspect an Outside Processing (OSP) purchse orderreceived from Oracle Mobile as no License Plane Number (LPN) can be generated.

When receiving the OSP purchase order with Receipt Routing 'Inspection Required', Oracle mobile does not give the option to generate an LPN. So, OSP purchase order receipts requiring inspection cannot be done using mobile.
