Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When a new hire starts halfway through the month, and this person does not live in the Netherlands (for example primary country of residence is Germany), the wrong tax deduction is calculated.
This is due to the fact that the payroll selects the country of residence on the first day of  the payroll month instead of the last day of the month.
On the first day the home address is not existing  and when no country is found, the Netherlands is selected to determine the tax deduction which is incorrect.
When the last day is used to determine the tax table, Germany would be used to calculate the tax deduction.
