RAXINV Authentication Failed Message When Viewing Email Attachment (Doc ID 271204.1)

Want to be able to send employees that do not have access to the online application details of printed invoices.
Email the employees the URL of the invoice print output.
When they try to open the email attachment then get the message "Authentication Failed."
