"You are not authorized to access the function" Error In ECC Enabled User-Defined iProcurement Responsibility

On : 12.2.6 version, Other issues
When navigating through ECC enabled user-defined iProcurement responsibility, selecting Shop menu or when performing an item search,
the following errors occur:
ERROR
“You are not authorized to access the function ICX_ECC_HOME_DEST. Please contact your System Administrator.”
"You are not authorized to access the function ICX_ECC_DEST. Please contact your System Administrator."
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to ECC enabled user-defined iProcurement responsibility> Home page, select Shop menu
2. Receive the below error -
“You are not authorized to access the function ICX_ECC_HOME_DEST. Please contact your System Administrator.”
3. Attempt to perform an item search
4. Receive the below error -
"You are not authorized to access the function ICX_ECC_DEST. Please contact your System Administrator."
