When searching the Territory with Usage Sales, the option for Province LOV shows a value twice.
In Geography Hierarchies, it is defined only once.
In the table, hz_geographies, this is defined twice, but one of them is end-dated.
Expected behavior is that the LOV should show only the the active value.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Territory Management > Territory Administration > Territories > Click on the 'Search' button >
2. In the Province Field enter a value >
3. The LOV shows this value twice (even though one entry is end-dated)
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users can select the end-dated value which has the incorrect 'code' for the province.
