When creating solution, Unable to Update Attachments and Remove Templates



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Users should able to update attachments and remove templates



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to (R) Knowledge Administrator --> Authoring --> Create Solution
2. Enter the details.
3. Add the Attachments and Template Groups
4. Click on Update icon of Attachment and try to update it
5. Click on Remove icon of Template and try to remove it
