ISP Pending Change Requests Are Not Visible On Blanket PO Releases (Doc ID 2713136.1)

Symptoms

On Release: 12.2.5 version, Purchase Order Issues

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Three blanket releases that appear to have pending change requests in iSupplier Portal but, there aren’t any changes pending in Purchasing.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect (iSP) Pending Change Requests to be visible on Blanket PO Releases

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign on to Application
2. Select Responsibility: Purchasing Super User / Purchjasing Buyer
3. Navigation: Purchase Orders ->> Purchase Order Summary / Pending Purchase Order Changes ->>
5. Observe: There aren’t any changes pending in Purchasing.


BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact:
 Buyers are confusion why they cannot see any pending Change Request which negatively impacts performance and the business process.
