12.2.9 Upgrade Fails To Compile Objects INVADPTE.pll and WMSTXERE.pll (Doc ID 2713281.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to upgrade a 12.1.3 instance to 12.2.9, we received the following error at the end of the patching:

The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

au resource INVADPTE.pll
au resource WMSTXERE.pll

The following errors can be seen in the patch logs:

Compiling library WMSTXERE...

 identifier 'INVENTORY_LOCATION_ID' must be declared
