Symptoms

Version 12.1.3 iSupplier Portal

For Prospective Supplier registration, after Buyer approved the request, no email is received for Supplier.

We were receiving the emails as expected, but, after applying patch - 25110937 we are facing this issue.
Emails are not sent after approval.
The email notification remains open.

STEPS
------------
1. Supplier register through Prospective Supplier registration
2. Buyer approver receives email
  - Approve
3. Supplier does not receive Approved notification

EXPECTED RESULTS
----------------------------------
  Supplier receives Request Approved notification.
