Symptoms
When submitting an Approved Revenue Budget, the budget is being rejected in Workflow.
The notification shows the PA Budget Integration was Unsuccessful. - with the Comments in the Notification showing:
Unexpected error has occurred : 'ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows'
The program was unable to create accounting events.
