How to Install Oracle Tutor (Author and Publisher) (Doc ID 271432.1)

Goal

The purpose of this document is to explain how to install Tutor Author and Tutor Publisher.

This article assumes that the reader has downloaded the program files from eDelivery or downloaded the Author and Publisher full installation patches from Oracle Support. To find Tutor patches on Oracle Support, please see My Oracle Support Note: 171864.1 - Patches for Oracle Tutor.

Tutor patches are zip archives. To do a proper install, first unzip the Author patch to its own folder and unzip the Publisher patch to its own folder. The zip archives for Author and Publisher contain a setup.exe file used to install the respective program.
