Projects Timecard Not Getting Picked By PRC: Transaction Import Program (Doc ID 2714397.1)

Problem Statement:
Customer is using 2 timecards design where one user can have access to both Project and EAM Timecard depending on the Self Service OTL responsibility used to voucher time. For Project there is Weekly timecard layout and for EAM it is a Daily Timecard
For cases, when one of the days is entered using EAM Timecard - in that case the remaining days are getting displayed in Project layout having weekly layout but excluding that day.
It also allows to submit and approve those Project timecards. However, the PRC:Transaction Import is not able to pick these Project timecard records.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create 2 timecards, one for PA, other one for EAM
2. Run PRC: Transaction Import
