Adgrants.sql Error with ORA-942 After Merging AD 12.2 Upgrade Patch10117518 and CUP10 Patch28853096 (Doc ID 2714443.1)

Symptoms

During upgrade from R12.1.3 to R12.2.3, when following the readme.txt of Patch10117518 to merge Patch28853096(CUP10) and Patch29992541, and then execute adgrants.sql as stated in the Preparation Tasks, below error occurs.
Ran below SQL and confirmed that ad_zd_logs table does not exist.
  SQL> select object_name from dba_objects
  2 where object_name = upper('ad_zd_logs');
  no rows selected

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Follow EBS Upgrade Guide to execute Rapid Install for EBS R12.2.
2. Then, follow the Section "Performing the Upgrade to Release 12.2.0" Step 8. Apply AD 12.2 upgrade driver (required) to merge patch10117518 with patch28853096(CUP10) and patch29992541 as stated in the readme.txt (pre 2020/09/24 version) of patch10117518.
3. Execute adgrants.sql as stated in the Preparation Tasks of readme.txt of patch10117518 before applying the merged patch.
