Symptoms

When applying a patch, the following error occurs while generating ARXTWMAI.pll:


Compilation errors on ARXTWMAI_FOLDER_BLOCK:
PL/SQL ERROR 302 at line 1541, column 28
component 'ARXTWCMI_EXISTCM' must be declared
PL/SQL ERROR 0 at line 1541, column 4
Statement ignored


Steps to Reproduce:

Apply patch (Several patches might fail with this same error)
