WebADI Integrator For General Ledger Budgets Error when using Simplified View (Doc ID 2714559.1)

Symptoms

The standard General Ledger - Budget integrator is used by the organizations for which the GL journals needs to be created in order to upload the budgets.

This integrator is uploading data to GL_BUDGETS_INTERFACE and from there, to final table.
When opening the function to create a document and choosing this integrator, the below message is displayed and so the template can't be downloaded

ERROR

"The LOV relation that you are trying to add is invalid."

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Able to upload budgets without setting the profile BNE: Enable Simplified Create Document back to NO .

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. profile BNE: Enable Simplified Create Document = YES .
2. Desktop Integrator responsibility
3. Create Document
4. Choose integrator
5. Document is created
