Sales Order Mass Update Error - THE REASON FOR THIS CHANGE IS EITHER NOT PROVIDED (Doc ID 2714784.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Trx Changes & Cancellations

When attempting to perform a Mass Change on the sales order lines, the following error occurs. The problem is only occurring for those sales orders that have a configured item on the line within a specific organization. It occurs when attempting to update any field, such as Schedule Ship Date and Promise Date most often. The lines can be updated manually, but this is time consuming.

The reason for this change is either not provided or invalid. (OBJECT=ORDER LINE)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Order Management responsibility
2. Order Organizer > Query for a sales order in the new org
3. Navigate to Lines
4. Mass Change (Request Date, Promise Date, and Schedule Date)
5. Submit
6. Error occurs


Issue is happening when config line is processed before the model line is processed as part of mass change.
Dev working on solution approach to process model line first if all lines are coming for processing.
