Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Transaction Payment

When attempting to reauthorize a credit card after initial authorization expired it fails with error
ERROR

" IBY_0002 Duplicate orderid."

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Create Credit Card Authorization for Order
2. After the initial authorization expires, reauthorize the creditcard
