ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Performance issues with GMLREQMG.sql during 11.5.10.2 to 12.2 upgrade with driver u_merged.drv

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Not to see a performance issue with the upgrade patch.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the driver u_merged.drv patch u6678700.drv

2. Script GMLREQMG.sql
