Secondary Account Level Collector Assignments are not Assigning (Doc ID 2715833.1)

Symptoms

While submitting IEX: Territory Assignment and using the Territory Level field as Account, Collectors are not being assigned properly to Customer Account level.

FUNCTIONALITY INFORMATION:

IEX: Territory Assignment reads the IEX: Territory Access Level profile to assign Collectors at the appropriate level.   Sometimes you may want to assign Collectors at a different level, so you can use the Territory Level parameter in IEX: Territory Assignment concurrent process.

For example, you may normally assign at the Bill To level, but this time you would like to assign at the Account level.   Since IEX: Territory Access Level is Bill To you would submit IEX: Territory Assignment with the Territory Level as Account.
