Payables Open Interface Import Will Not Finish For A PPA Invoice Group Id

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Performance

PPA invoices in the interface cannot get imported. When I submit the Payables import request for the group id it runs for several hours and then we terminate it. There are two. Both for the same PO and Vendor.
