Symptoms

Using Purchasing, Version 12.2


Actual:
The parameter open_cursors in last conversion was at 1600 during final Mock conversion we encountered above issue and increased this value to 3000. And again to 5000. Still we are seeing this error. Additionally, the performance of processing a single award (create/mod) has drastically increased from about 5-6 minutes per to about 20-25 minutes per.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Award Modification is created.
2. Finding processing time is extensive.
