Users Are Allowed to Submit a Case Folder Without Required Reference Data Points (Doc ID 2716370.1)

When creating a checklist and including required options under the 'Select Reference Data Points' section, the user is allowed to submit the credit request and the case folder without this data being present.

The following options are available under 'Select Reference Data Points':
Number of Bank References
Number of Trade References
Venture Funding

The validation is done on Bank References and Trade References, but not on Collateral, Guarantors and Venture Funding. 

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Credit Management Super User
: Policy Management > Checklist

  1. Create a checklist with Collateral being required.
  2. Create a credit application and case folder for that checklist.
  3. As a credit analyst, submit the case folder.  It allows the case folder submission without the required checklist items.  It should prevent the case folder from being submitted.
