 In patch 30461278, the following seeded user defined table was added newly
for Japan:

USER_TABLE_NAME: T_ Com_ Wthldg Tax Amt Tbl_ Mthly Amt Tbl Kou Col_ Apdx Tbl 3_ New
(BASE_USER_TABLE_NAME: T_COM_ITX_MTH_KOU_APPENDIX3_NEW)

The current row title of T_COM_ITX_MTH_KOU_APPENDIX3_NEW is as follows:

USER_ROW_TITLE: Personal Basic Deduction
(BASE_USER_ROW_TITLE: BASIC_EXEM_AMT)

This new UDT is surely used to calculate the personal basic deduction but the
row of the UDT means the amount of the month after the social insurance
deductions. Hence the row title should be changed as follows:

USER_ROW_TITLE: Amount of Salary etc after Deduction of Social Ins Premium
(BASE_USER_ROW_TITLE: AMT_AFTER_SI_PREM_DCT)

Note) The above row title is as same as the one of
T_COM_ITX_MTH_KOU_APPENDIX1.
