Serial Number Function Not Available To Custom Responsibility (Doc ID 271707.1)

Symptoms

 Users are not able to use the "Serial Number" function on their custom responsibility menu.

Navigation:
Using Order Mangement Super User responsibility:
1. Click on Serial Numbers option on the menu for this responsibility
2. LOV in the serial number field and select a serial number
3. Click on the Transactions button.

Error message displays:
"Function not available to this responsibility.
Change Responsibilities or Contact your System Administrator"

Changes

 User has added the "Serial Number" function to the menu for "ONT_SUPER_USER".
