If Expenditure Inquiry - All is used to select criteria to be used in Mass Adjust, the records selected result in the form error -

"You must select either a project, a task, an employee or an expenditure batch."

Expenditure Inquiry - All is used to retrieve records and does not have a limitation on the parameters used like Expenditure Inquiry Project does.
Since Mass Adjust is based on the form query, these limitations should match the form that is being used.

Why are the same records that are allowed to be adjusted through the expenditure inquiry - All by selecting multiple records with Ctrl-click, or using View > Select All to pick all records in the form, not allowed to be adjusted using the Mass adjust button?
