ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

AME setup is not working correctly. Approval list is not generated correctly

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
AME test workbench should return the approver list correctly

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an invoice
2. Submit for approval
3. Run real transaction test
4. Test workbench is not giving correct list of approver
