Symptoms

When trying to close some of the EAM Work orders, the following error occurs:

ERROR:

APP-FND-01206: This record already exists. You entered a duplicate value or sequence of values that must be unique for every record.



Steps to reproduce:

1. [R] Enterprise Asset Management
2. [N] Work Orders > Close Work Orders (form)
3. Query the problematic work order number(s)
4. Error occurs.
