Symptoms


When creating a Tax Formula in EBTax, the screen triggers a fatal error when clicking on Apply button:
"You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance."

On the top of the Error Page it is written:
Exception Details:
oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-20001:
ORA-06512: at "APPS.APP_EXCEPTION", line 72
ORA-06512: at "APPS.ZX_FORMULA_PKG", line 204
ORA-06512: at line 1
