On : 12.2.9 version,
When attempting to raise dispute, the credit memo workflow is getting stuck with deferred status once the collector approves it
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to iReceivable Responsibility
2. Raise the dispute and approve
