On : 12.2.9 version, Customer Interface Program Performance Issues

When attempting to import customer data, Customer Interface program runs long time and not completing

The log file shows below error:

Validating Location
Value of return status is E
Mesg count is 1 Please enter required address elements: COUNTY
Value of return status is E
Mesg count is more than 1

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Receivable Super User Responsibility
2. Run Customer Interface program
