On : 12.2.8 version

When trying to validate the invoice, or to provide a non zero tax amount, error appears:

ERROR

Could not update the Payables information for the modification done in Tax window due to: An unexpected error has occurred.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try to validate or manually enter the tax.
2. Tax Amount is always 0 -- when try to change the tax amount error appears

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following Business Impact: Customer relationship with the Supplier and Company credibility are affected. The issue is preventing invoicing that stops users from correctly reporting the liability.
The issue has the following Financial Impact : Due to this issue, users are not able to pay the supplier.
