GST E-Invoice: Tax Category and HSN code fields in India Tax Details form remain editable even after AR transaction is completed (Doc ID 2718403.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Tax Category and HSN code fields available for modification even after AR transaction is completed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Tax Category and HSN code fields should NOT be available for any update once AR transaction is completed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Receivables Super user responsibility.
2. Go to Transactions > Transactions
3. Create an AR Transaction.
4. Go to Tools > India Tax details form and attach GST Taxes.
5. Complete the transaction.
6. Go back to Tools > India Tax Details form.
7. Notice that Tax Category and HSN code fields are still editable.
