PUI Timecards cannot be Queried - BEE Batch Header has been Purged (Doc ID 271895.1)

Goal

Allow PUI Timecards to be queried again by Associating a BEE Header record to timecards

What has occurred:

The Concurrent Process: BEE Batch Process (Purge) has been run for BEE batches that are associated with PUI (Professional) Timecards before running Validate for BEE and Transfer to BEE

When this occurs, the link between the timecard and the BEE header has been broken. The BEE Header is required information for displaying a batch of timecards. The following process associates the timecards to a new BEE Header. You cannot associate the data to the old header.

The PUI timecard data was never transferred into BEE batch element lines.
