Error ORA-20013: Insert into Global Temp Failed While Setup Products And Service In Supplier Lifecycle Managment

When attempting to setup Products and Services Category, the following error occurs.
java.sql.SQLException: ORA-20013: Insert into Global temp failed ORA-06512: at "APPS.POS_PRODUCT_SERVICE_UTL_PKG", line 1393 ORA-00907: missing right parenthesis ORA-06512: at "APPS.POS_PRODUCT_SERVICE_UTL_PKG", line 1351 ORA-06512: at line 1
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Navigate to Supplier Management Administrator Responsibility - >Supplier Home -> Administration
2.Click on Products and Services Category Setup
