In Lease Management, Add Pool Contents program running long time and it is taking more than 12 hours to complete every time
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The expectation is that the program should complete in less time
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Lease Administrator> Run Add Pool Contents program
2. Add Pool Contents program takes more than 12 hours to complete
