Employee Job Change Does Not Affect Exisitng Expenditure Items (Doc ID 2719294.1)

The Employee Job Assignment is changed in Human Resources for an employee.
Existing expenditure items are selected for recalculation. However, the cost rate is still based on the original job, not the rate assinged to the new job.

For new expenditure items, the new job cost rate is used.

The expectation is that the new job rate will be used when recalculating existing expenditure items.
