HSN Code Not Picking As Per Defined Item Classification (Doc ID 2719331.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

HSN code not picking as per Item Classification which is defined on Oracle Financial India.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

HSN code should default to correct HSN in tax details form.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Query item classification form.
2. Navigate to the Reporting codes tab, do not select the reporting tab value
    from the LOV. As reporting type is user configurable, enter user value
    which is not from LOV.
3. Save item classification form.
4. Create new sales order.
5. Open india tax details form.
6. HSN did not default, but tax defaulted as per the item category basis
