Ekanban Logical Card Replishment Is Prioritizing One Supplier Above The Other (Doc ID 2719333.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

eKanban logical program is prioritizing one supplier above the other and ignoring the ascending order and also the percentage.
It will release all Supplier A cards and skip Supplier B cards. Only releasing supplier B cards after all the supplier A cards are released.
This issue just occurred recently with patch 19486381:R12.POS.D applied.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

eKanban should should pick supplier equally.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run eKanban Logical replenishment concurrent request.
2. Cards for multiple suppliers will favor one over another.
3. One supplier will have all cards in Wait for Consolidation status while one will be have many cards in Full status.
