On : 12.2.6 version, Self Service Territories

Clicking on the 'name' of the territory to open it in VIEW mode errors

java.sql.SQLException: ORA-20001: An error was encountered while executing the Function QualValue- -936 -ERROR- ORA-00936: missing expression
ORA-06512: at "APPS.JTF_TERRITORY_PVT", line 10984



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to: Territory Manager > Territories
2. Search by: Usage = Sales
3. Click on the territory name to open the territory in view mode and error is seen

Note: Opening a territory in edit mode opens correctly with no errors
