Symptoms
Job is not listing in the Assign Approval Groups screen and when try to query the following error appears :

FRM-40212: Invalid value for field JOB_NAME
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Purchasing responsibility
4. Setup > Approval > Approval group
5. Job is not listing in the Assign Approval Groups screen
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Unable to define approval hierarchy due to this unable to approve PO.
POs are not communicated to supplier
