ORA-01403 Error When Attempting To Add New Line In Price List

Symptoms
On : 12.2.5 version, Price List
When attempting to add new lines in an existing pricelist (using automation), the below mentioned error occurs and the BOT fails each time this issue occurs.
ERROR

ORA-01403: no data found.
ORA-01403: no data found in package QP_Price_list_line_util Procedure Query_Rows
As a workaround, user has been deleting the line that threw the error, saving the pricelist , close it, re-open it, and continue where the user left off. However, because user has been automating the process of pricelist entry, this is becoming very cumbersome when automation fails each time
STEPS
-------
1. Login to Oracle Applications
2. Go to Responsibility - Oracle Pricing Manager - Pricelists - Price List Setup
3. Query for Price List "XXXXXXX"
4. Attempt to add a line
